What is modular training?

For example: a client wants to work on their tension around the shoulders, get help relaxing, feel at bit stronger and in general age gracefully. I create their program:

 

Module 1: upper body strength and mobility, focusing more on strength. 10 minutes.

Module 2: upper body strength and mobility with different exercises, focusing more on mobility. 10 minutes. 

Module 3: full body functional strength and mobility. 30 minutes.

Module 4: gentle stretching of the neck and shoulders. 7 minutes.

Module 5’: guided somatic relaxation of the back. 5 minutes. 

 

The client can choose to do all the modules at once, or pick one, two, or three all according to their need at the moment.
