What is body Intelligence?

Scoring high on body intelligence  has three components:

Body awareness: can you hear your body talk to you?

Body knowledge: do you listen to what your body tells you?

Body engagement: do you follow the advice your body gives you?

 The benefits of improving these three areas are numerous. Physically and mentally. Because essentially they are one.
