At Movementality, we aim to offer high-quality digital programs, memberships, and sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, pain relief, and embodied awareness. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products & Online Courses

All digital products, including online courses, recorded programs, downloadable materials, and memberships with immediate access, are non-refundable once access has been granted.

This is because digital content cannot be “returned” once delivered.

Memberships (Including Subscriptions)

For recurring memberships (such as the Micro Pause Club):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Live Sessions, Workshops & Programs

For live online sessions, workshops, or group programs:

  • Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • No refunds are issued for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

  • In some cases, access may be transferred to a future session at our discretion.

1:1 Sessions

For private 1:1 sessions:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, please contact us at: contact@movementality.se

We review requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of access to Movementality products and services.
