A Micro Pause to release tension in the shoulder area. We make a big arm circle that ripples through the back and the sides to really get into all parts and all connections of the upper body.

A Micro Pause which is great when you just need a quick stretching out and opening of the body. We make a side stretch with the legs wide for support.

Easy desk stretch

A Micro Pause to bring som aliveness into the tissue of the torso. We make three easy stretches, with instruction to direct your awareness to where you can get a fuller experience of the exercise.

Down dog side stretch

A Micro Pause to really open up the sides of your body and your armpits. We make the yoga position Adho Mukha Svanasana with the chair for support.
